Job summary

Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a Plumber to undertake reactive plumbing work across void and tenanted social housing properties in Greater Manchester. The role involves responsive repairs, some secondary trade tasks, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.

You will need a full UK driving licence and be willing to undergo a Basic DBS check. Basic secondary skills in other trades are advantageous for this position.

• Complete reactive plumbing work on void and tenanted social housing properties.

• Maintain a clean and working environment within customers’ homes.
