Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trades to join our reactive maintenance team in Bedfordshire. You will carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs in occupied domestic properties and perform basic secondary trades.

The role offers weekly pay, a company van and fuel card for business use, and a temp-to-perm pathway with ongoing recruiter support.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of plumbing repairs in domestic/social housing settings
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
• Conduct secondary trade work (e.g., carpentry, tiling) to a competent standard

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of plumbing repairs in domestic/social housing settings
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, etc.)
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visitsRequirements:

• Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
