A global automation leader with over 50 years’ experience and 650+ employees worldwide is looking to recruit a PLC Commissioning Engineer. The business specialises in robotic automation for plastic injection moulding and has installed over 40,000 machines globally.

The Role
  • Install, commission, service, and fault-find robotic systems and automated cells
  • PLC commissioning and programming using ladder logic
  • Provide on-site and remote breakdown support
  • Program and modify new and existing automation systems
  • Deliver customer training and maintain service documentation
The Person
  • Experience programming industrial robots
  • PLC commissioning and ladder logic experience
  • Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
  • HNC qualified or apprentice trained
  • Able to work independently and travel across the UK & Ireland Monday to Friday
  • Willing to attend training in Europe
