Job summary

Asset Reality Limited is seeking a dedicated Training Lead to own and evolve our training programme for law enforcement, prosecutors and asset-recovery professionals. You will design, deliver and manage in-person and online courses, build a scalable on-demand library, and maintain our certification processes.

Qualifications

• Has designed and delivered technical or software training to professional audiences, in person and online.
• Has built training content from scratch, including exercises and assessments.
• Explains technical subjects, including digital assets, clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Confident in front of specialist audiences, including police officers and lawyers.
• Organised enough to run a programme alone: scheduling, logistics and follow-up.
• Eligible and willing to undergo Security Check vetting.
• Willing to travel 25 to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own Asset Reality’s training programme, including curriculum and certification records.
• Design and deliver courses in person and online, adapting content and pace to each audience.
• Create an on-demand library and manage the certification programme.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to keep materials current across the Platform, Custody and Realisation.
• Work with the sales team to offer course places to prospective clients and report engagement.
• Record where users struggle and feed insights back to product and operations to improve the platform.
• Track attendance, certification, course feedback and support queries from trained users.
