West Midlands Police is seeking Digital LTE specialists to support the development of national immersive and interactive LTE products. You will design, create and deliver digital LTE content for CT Policing and partners, with autonomy and accountability for delivery.

You will liaise with the SLT and national leads to identify product opportunities, considering technical, environmental and logistical factors and advising on the art of the possible.

Qualifikationen

• Highly skilled in video and audio editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
• Proven knowledge of e-learning publishing suites (Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360 or similar).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Creative approach to visual storyboarding with a track record of quality content.
• Experience using blended learning approaches for training and events.
• Knowledge of learning and development tools and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritise stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel nationally.

Aufgaben

• Creating immersive digital exercises that test operational plans, blending in-person and online elements.
• Supporting and showcasing Digital LTE products such as major incident exercises and national training courses.
• Conducting briefings and chairing planning meetings at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
• Co‑ordinating involvement of other CT Policing functions or external partners.
• Facilitating Digital LTE events and resolving technical, environmental and welfare issues during events.
• Exploring new technologies (VR/AR/simulations) and advising SLT on opportunities and costs.
