Job summary

Electus Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a Training and Requirements Lead to support development and delivery of innovative training solutions within defence and regulated sectors. You will translate customer needs into clearly defined requirements and deliver training solutions across the full lifecycle.

The role provides exposure to training analysis, design, evaluation, and through-life support, with hybrid working, travel to other sites, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysis, design or delivery of training in defence or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of DSAT and JSP 822.
• Experience writing requirements with traceability.
• Experience with simulation/virtual training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery activities and capture user training needs.
• Contribute to Training Needs Analysis and gap assessments.
• Apply DSAT/JSP 822 methodologies to projects.
• Draft requirements, acceptance plans and project docs.
• Maintain traceability between needs and outcomes.
• Assist verification, validation and acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, engineers and delivery teams.
• Support bids, R&D and continuous improvement.
• Identify and elevate risks in training design and acceptance.
