Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join its global Platform team, driving the SaaS transformation for its insurance technology portfolio. You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Platform services, working with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver market-leading SaaS solutions.

You will socialise strategy, define outcomes, and track ROI, while mentoring other product managers and guiding release management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for one or more Platform services.
• Socialize the vision with business stakeholders and manage scope expectations.
• Define and prioritise business outcomes and ROI for Platform services.
• Ensure solutions meet end-user needs and are viable for the business.
• Define and track metrics and business case for Platform services.
• Elicit user and business requirements across technology teams.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritise work.
• Adopt a test-and-learn approach to validate assumptions.
• Support design, technical decisions and release management.
• Manage adoption and go-to-market plans for Platform services.
• Create clear documentation and justify delivery trade-offs.
• Communicate updates and evangelise Platform internally.
• Backlog and sprint goals management; mentor junior PMs.
