Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Ipswich is seeking a Product Business Analyst to bridge business, product, UX and technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, engineers and analytics specialists to understand problems, uncover opportunities, and define solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

This role thrives in a highly collaborative Agile environment, with travel to London and other locations as needed to support engagement and delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar in technology/digital products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, elicitation, analysis and solution definition.
• Experience supporting Agile product delivery using Scrum or Kanban.
• Facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex problems into clear requirements and outcomes.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process models and artefacts.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, product leaders, UX designers, engineers and analysts to define problems and opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery activities, workshops, interviews, journey mapping and sessions.
• Translate objectives into product initiatives, user stories, criteria and delivery outcomes.
• Support backlog creation, refinement, prioritisation and release planning.
• Collaborate with UX to understand journeys and shape user experiences.
• Create analysis artefacts: process flows, journey maps, data models and rules.
• Work with engineering and testing teams to clarify requirements as solutions evolve.
• Analyse processes, workflows and product performance to identify optimisations.
• Use feedback and product data to inform prioritisation and decisions.
• Contribute to estimation, planning, dependencies and risk identification.
