Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, evolution and delivery of the Core Trading Platforms value stream within London Market. You will maximise value by enabling reusable platform services, guiding architecture and partnering with multidisciplinary teams.

You will define the platform vision, balance platform modernisation with operational resilience, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals while driving value across multiple streams.

• Define and maintain the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the end-to-end platform product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimisation.
• Act as the accountable decision-maker for the Core Trading Platforms value stream and report progress to leadership.
• Own and refine the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term outcomes.
• Prioritise initiatives using value, risk, data, customer insight and platform adoption needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Operations and Change to align priorities and dependencies.
• Understand capability needs with business-facing value streams and maximise outcomes.
• Champion the value stream, securing alignment, investment and change across people, process, and technology.
