Platform Promotion and Support Executive

About the role

Location - London Paddington - Hybrid - 1/2 days in the office

The Platform Promotion and Support team is responsible for marketing VMO2's TV & Entertainment products and services. This includes briefing key campaigns internally to ensure effective promotional activities across our media channels, sourcing, producing, and publishing imagery, videos, and copy to enhance customer experience and optimize resources.

We collaborate with external Content Partners such as TV networks and internal teams including:

  • TV & Entertainment Editorial teams to identify and promote key TV launches and offers
  • Content Acquisition to fulfill contractual promotional commitments
  • Senior Leadership to provide updates
  • Customer Communications to ensure cohesive marketing activities
  • Frontline sales and retention teams to equip them with content highlights
  • Retail to supply promotional assets for stores
  • Product Development to enhance promotional UI features

Under the mentorship of the TV Communications Manager, this role involves coordinating and distributing promotional assets such as briefs, imagery, videos, approvals, insights, reports, campaign plans, and roadmaps. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain diverse TV and business experience in a dynamic environment.
