Job summary

WPP in London is seeking an experienced ITSM Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Service Management re-platform, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve a strategic, AI-enabled transformation.

You will oversee planning, governance, and execution, ensuring alignment to scope, budgets, and business outcomes. The role requires strong delivery leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Extensive SDLC experience leading complex enterprise migrations across multiple tracks.
• Experience managing Service Management platform transformations or large ITSM/ITOM rollouts.
• Global coordination of cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Adaptive leadership to reconfigure delivery in changing priorities without compromising quality.
• Strong ability to build consensus and drive alignment across business units.
• Organised and focused on delivering highest business value and outcomes.
• Strategic thinker blending technical, operational and commercial insights.
• Ability to translate metrics into a compelling change case for senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery plan for the Service Management Platform programme.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery activities align with scope, budgets, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including platform rebuilds, data migration and multi-market rollouts.
• Drive execution discipline and accountability across hybrid delivery teams.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and resolve blockers quickly.
• Establish ownership and definition of done across tasks.
• Maintain change-control over project scope and ensure agile responsiveness.
• Partner with external vendors (e.g., Kyndryl, ServiceNow) and align with internal teams.
