Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for AI & Automation to own positioning, messaging and GTM for our AI-driven support tools. You will work with Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure a coherent platform story and translate technical capabilities for IT leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with ownership of positioning and GTM.
• Ability to understand technical topics and explain them simply.
• Critical eye for AI claims; credible with technical buyers.
• Experience partnering with Product and enabling a sales team.
• Comfort with ambiguity due to shifting roadmaps and market shifts.
• Strong written communication and ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging for AI & Automation grounded in outcomes.
• Translate product capabilities into language IT leaders understand.
• Lead go-to-market for AI launches: briefs, messaging, demos, enablement with Product/Sales/Marketing.
• Partner with Product early to understand what is built and what needs credibility.
• Ensure AI is woven into the platform narrative across releases.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success to handle AI conversations, addressing trust, accuracy, security, ROI.
• Track AI landscape with competitors and analysts to form clear POV.
• Gather feedback from early customers and pilots to sharpen the story.
• Work with Analyst Relations and Customer Marketing to build proof: customer stories and metrics.
