Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience coding in Python and SQL in large corporate environments.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and security principles.
• Knowledge of telemetry management and cloud services (AWS).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to provide scalable observability tools and ingestion of telemetry data across multi-regional cloud-native services.
• Develop, debug, and troubleshoot software solutions with ability to tackle unconventional problems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts and ensure constraints are met in software development.
• Create visualizations and reports from large, diverse data sets to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify hidden problems in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities and events about new technologies.
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.
