You will set standards, architect tooling for metrics, logs and traces, and collaborate with product and platform teams to enhance developer experience.

Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with Python and database querying in large corporate environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with development teams to enhance developer experience with scalable observability tools.
• Drives adoption of OpenTelemetry standards and instrumentation patterns.
• Ensures observability practices align with security and regulatory guidelines.
• Executes software solutions with design, development and troubleshooting.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Gathers and visualizes data to drive continuous improvement.
• Identifies data patterns to improve coding hygiene and architecture.
• Contributes to engineering communities of practice and events.
• Fosters a diverse, inclusive team culture.
