Job Title : Platform Engineering Manager

Location : Farnborough

Contract Type : 6-Month Contract

Rate : £700–£800 per day (Inside IR35)

Hours : 37.5 per week (3-4 days a week on-site)

Security Clearance : DV clearance required (must hold current DV)

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Platform / Environments Manager to lead environment management across a complex defence integration programme.

You’ll design and embed best practices for configuration control, CI / CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code within a highly secure, hybrid cloud environment.

Working within a SAFe Agile framework, you’ll coordinate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Network teams to ensure environments are stable, consistent, and audit-ready for supporting mission‑critical digital services.

The Role

As Platform Manager, you’ll oversee the creation, control, and operation of development, test, and production environments across hybrid systems.
