Job summary

CellPoint Digital is seeking an exceptional Platform Engineering Team Lead to evolve our cloud platform, improve developer experience and reliability. You will lead a dedicated platform pod within a globally distributed team, shaping automation, IaC (Terraform) and GitOps, and partnering with Security and TechOps leadership to embed governance and high availability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of platform/infrastructure teams in SaaS/fintech environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes/GKE, and IaC.
• Experience with security, reliability, and high availability in multi-region deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated platform engineering pod.
• Shape developer experience with self-service tooling and automation.
• Architect and scale multi-regional GCP infrastructure (GKE Standard/Autopilot).
• Drive Terraform-based IaC and GitOps practices.
• Collaborate with Security for governance and compliance.
• Own on-call incidents and platform resilience.
