Job summary

Benifex is seeking a Platform Delivery Consultant to manage a portfolio of customers, including renewals, and to lead smaller implementations. You will refine requirements, design technical solutions, and oversee implementation and testing to go-live.

You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and value realization from our platform. The role emphasizes autonomy, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous learning, with opportunities to progress to Senior Consultant as you

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming with at least one language (C# / SQL knowledge preferred).
• Exposure to or knowledge of project management and handling multiple tasks with stakeholders.
• Ability to think logically, be detail oriented, and plan meticulously.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborative team player focused on delivering results and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers including new and renewals.
• Lead smaller implementations and support larger projects with seniors/leads.
• Refine requirements, design solutions, and oversee technical implementation and testing.
• Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements and designs.
• Guide customers through CAT and ensure a smooth testing and go-live process.
• Self-manage workload and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks with supervision and maintain project collateral and tracking.
