Job summary

Benifex in Southampton, UK is seeking a Lead Platform Delivery Consultant to manage a portfolio of global customers. You will guide requirements, design technical solutions, and oversee implementation from design to launch and in-life support.

You will mentor consultants, contribute to process improvements, and drive successful large-scale customer implementations within a fast-growing, profitable market leader.

Qualifications

• High desirable experience: implementing employee benefits solutions or B2B HR SaaS solutions.
• Detail oriented, quality driven and a meticulous planner.
• Proven history of top-level decision making.
• Experience in technical solution design and global enterprise software implementation.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and condense technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a customer portfolio, including enterprise accounts and complex schemes.
• Gather and document customer requirements and produce detailed designs.
• Consult customers to achieve project goals and ensure feasibility of requirements.
• Configure OneHub to meet customer needs.
• Lead CAT testing and coordinate feedback for a successful testing cycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth outcomes.
• Mitigate risks within customer projects with Platform Delivery Manager.
• Maintain accurate project collateral and tracking across the portfolio.
• Deliver high quality outcomes measured by defects, timeliness, and NPS.
• Lead global programme initiation and drive global standards adoption via consulting.
• Act as programme lead for large Global Customers and best practice design.
