Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience with customers in a B2B software environment.
• Experience managing customer projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication across stakeholders and teams.
• Interest in technology and configuring software around processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in using AI and automation to improve processes.
• Experience with ERP, HR technology, or workforce operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer implementations from planning through go-live.
• Configuring the platform around customer requirements.
• Handling customer data during onboarding.
• Managing projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Training users for successful adoption.
• Liaising between customers and Product/Engineering teams.
• Identifying recurring issues for product improvements.
• Building structured implementation and support processes.
• Developing documentation and self-service resources.
