Job summary

Harness in London seeks a Professional Services Engagement Manager to bridge Sales, Professional Services and Delivery, shaping engagements that deliver tangible customer outcomes and measurable business value.

You will collaborate with customers to understand goals, design service solutions, and position engagements that accelerate software delivery while balancing commercial and technical priorities.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales or customer-facing roles in software delivery.
Experience as manager or tech lead for software teams.
Proven ability to scope engagements and write SOWs.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead scoping, discovery, and solution discussions to tailor service offerings.
Develop and present service proposals, pricing, and SOWs.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, Implementation, and Engineering to ensure proper scoping and staffing.
Guide customers through pricing, terms, and implementation approaches.
Forecast bookings and manage opportunities to meet targets.
Translate requirements into detailed implementation plans with delivery teams.
