Job summary

Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an organised administrator to join the rota management team in the plastic surgery department. The role focuses on producing compliant rotas and ensuring all theatres and clinics are staffed, with timely coverage of any staffing gaps.

You will act as a primary contact for rota queries, support the plastics team and hospital staff, and contribute to smooth rota operations within an acclaimed NHS hospital in East Grinstead.

Qualifications

• Organisational and problem solving abilities essential.
• NHS experience is advantageous.
• Experience in admin with ability to resolve non-routine issues.

Responsibilities

• Produce compliant rotas for the Plastic surgery Department.
• Build rotas and ensure theatres and clinics are fully staffed; cover gaps as needed.
• Advise the plastics team and wider hospital of rota changes.
• Be the first point of contact to support clinical staff with rota queries and escalate when appropriate.
