Job summary

PiLON, part of United Infrastructure Group, is seeking experienced plasterers for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in Westminster and South West London. You will work in occupied social housing, delivering high-quality plastering to tight schedules.

You will carry out plastering, bonding, patching, skimming, and making good after other trades, with strong attention to cleanliness and safety. We offer prompt payments, a supportive team, PPE, training, and a generous £2,000 referral scheme.

Qualifications

• CSCS card
• Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)
• Right to work in the UK
• Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
• Good conversational English
• Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Carrying out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming
• Making good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish
• Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards
• Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines
• Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
• Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required
• Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Plasterers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Westminster and South West London areas.
