This is ideal for self‑employed tradespeople seeking long‑term work with strong earning potential in occupied properties.

You’ll join a well‑organised programme delivering quality work while prioritising reliability, safety, and professionalism on site.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Own tools (110V or battery-operated).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred).
• Good conversational English.
• Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works.
• Applying first and second coats to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring.
• Protecting furniture and surrounding areas at all times, as properties are fully furnished.
• Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site rules (fan heaters up to 240V are not permitted).
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties.
