This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Plasterer to join Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd, working on a variety of commercial refurbishment and construction projects across Southern England. This role requires expertise in plastering, stucco application, and surface preparation, ensuring high-quality finishes across pubs, hospitality venues, and commercial properties.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £16 per hour

Working Pattern: No less than 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts

Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd has been delivering high-quality refurbishment and construction services for over 15 years, working with pubs, hotels, and commercial businesses across Southern England.

We are looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our expanding team, delivering smooth finishes and decorative plasterwork to a range of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and applying bonding agents.
• Mix plaster ingredients according to specific requirements.
• Use trowels, brushes, or spray guns to apply coatings.
• Repair cracks and damaged areas, restoring surfaces to a high standard.
• Ensure smooth and even application for a flawless finish.
• Maintain and clean plastering tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in plastering (required).
• Experience in bricklaying or masonry (preferred).
• CSCS certification (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of construction safety guidelines.
• Full UK driving licence (required).
