Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Plant Supervisor for our Bedworth Concrete site. You will lead daily production and distribution, ensuring safe, compliant operations and high performance while guiding a team toward continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy, driving efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products while upholding Zero Harm principles.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Strong Health & Safety understanding and best practice.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating workloads and operational activities.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Good organisational and reporting abilities.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to leadership development through training.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production and distribution activities at the Bedworth site.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
• Promote and maintain a Zero Harm culture across the site.
• Support operational performance, efficiency and productivity targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock control accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and costs.
• Support development and performance of site employees.
• Protect and maintain site assets and equipment.
• Produce operational reports and performance updates as required.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, commercial and operations teams.
