Heidelberg Materials UK, formerly Hanson UK, seeks a Plant Supervisor for the Bedworth Concrete site. You will lead daily production and distribution, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement to ensure quality, efficiency and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within a manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment.
• Strong Health & Safety understanding and practices.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively and drive results.
• Proven capability to manage workloads and coordinate operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily production and distribution activities across the site
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards
• Promoting and maintaining a culture of Zero Harm
• Supporting operational performance, efficiency, and productivity targets
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock control
• Producing operational reports and performance updates as required
