Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee plant technical projects, including legacy and capex initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance leaders, establish project charters, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement through robust governance and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and contracts.
• Knowledge of safety, quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead/facilitate an extended project team/s to fulfill project objectives and optimize activity.
• Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with each team member.
• Deliver against projects in alignment with budget, timing and ROIC targets.
• Establish project charters, plans and objectives; ensure documentation and change controls.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and anticipate deviations with preventive actions.
• Ensure governance, change management and cost control within remit.
