Job summary

Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company is seeking a Plant Engineer in Lisburn to manage technical projects, including legacy and CAPEX, in line with safety, quality and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance teams to drive improvement opportunities and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Ideal candidates have hands-on project management experience in FMCG and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement, cost control and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 3rd Level Engineering qualification.
• Experience in project management with budgets, cashflow and schedules.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Cross functional thinking and team building.
• Data collecting and analysing skills with reporting.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead/facilitate extended project teams to meet objectives and optimise activity.
• Implement projects within budget, timing and group ROIC targets.
• Establish project charters, plans and documentation (RFA, PO).
• Maintain stakeholder communication on project status and deviations.
• Ensure governance, compliance and change management for all projects.
• Manage costs and foster collaboration with contractors and suppliers.
