Job summary

Diageo seeks a capable Project Manager to lead Capital Expenditure projects from concept through handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and rigorous risk mitigation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and maintain compliance with safety standards across the project lifecycle.

The role requires experience in industrial environments, proficiency with MS Project and SAP DEP, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or equivalent with relevant discipline.
• APM PMQ or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Project management for Capital Expenditure projects from concept to handover.
• Proactive ownership of project outcomes and driving progress.
• Develop detailed delivery plans with budgets, schedule and risk analysis.
• Actively manage risk throughout the project lifecycle with robust mitigation.
• Control scope to prevent overruns and document changes.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and maintain strong documentation.
• Provide status updates using reporting tools and frameworks.
• Capture learnings and drive improvements to standards and ways of working.
