Salary: £67,500 to £78,000 + £6k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Great Pension + Progression + Benefits

Are you a Plant / Operations Manager with experience in COMAH / manufacturing sites, looking to join a world-leading organization where you will have operational control of their local production plant and the opportunity to further your career?

The company is a world-leading engineering business, recognized as being at the forefront of the industry. Due to the retirement of a longstanding employee, they are now seeking a plant / operations manager to lead the site forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational control of the production site, including commercial functions and engineering disciplines. The position is Monday to Friday, with some flexibility expected.

The role could suit a manager from a COMAH / industrial environment, with experience managing teams, dealing with trade unions, and possessing an understanding of health & safety and commercial acumen.
