Are you a Plant / Operations Manager with experience in COMAH / industrial sites, looking to join a world-leading organisation? In this role, you will have operational control of a local production plant and opportunities for career advancement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company at the forefront of the engineering industry. Due to a retirement, they are seeking a manager to take the site forward.

You will be responsible for the operational control of the production site, including managing commercial functions and engineering disciplines, with an overall team of around 50 personnel. The position is Monday to Friday, with expected flexibility.

The role may suit managers from COMAH / industrial environments with experience managing teams, dealing with trade unions, and understanding health and safety, as well as possessing commercial acumen. Shift managers looking to step up are also encouraged to apply.
