Bristol, South West (Commutable from: Bath, London, Cardiff, Exeter, Gloucester, Birmingham)

£65,000 to £72,500 + £6k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Great Pension + Progression + Benefits

Are you a Plant / Operations Manager with experience in COMAH / industrial sites, seeking to join a world-leading organization? In this role, you will have operational control of a local production plant and opportunities to advance your career.

The company is a global engineering leader, recognized for industry innovation. Due to a retirement, they are looking for a Plant / Operations Manager to lead the site forward.

Responsibilities include overseeing the operational control of the production site, managing commercial functions and engineering disciplines, with a team of around 50 personnel. The position is primarily Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.

The role is suitable for managers from COMAH / industrial backgrounds with experience managing teams, dealing with trade unions, and a good understanding of health, safety, and commercial aspects. Shift managers looking to step up are also encouraged to apply.
