Job summary

Diageo in Keith, Scotland is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of professionals within a 38-hour week. You will ensure health and safety, regulatory compliance, and plan maintenance into the production schedule, securing parts and resources while collaborating with Site Manager, Operators and maintenance leads.

The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in reliability maintenance techniques, data analysis and SAP.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in engineering or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills across all plant levels.
• Knowledge of reliability maintenance techniques and data analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office tools; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance regulatory standards within the area.
• Plan maintenance into the production schedule with correct resources and parts.
• Support MMS Asset Care Strategy with technical teams and Operations.
• Drive improvements to boost plant uptime and cost competitiveness.
• Lead manufacturing excellence initiatives in line with asset care practice.
