Job summary

Diageo in Keith, Scotland, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of professionals in maintaining production assets. You’ll ensure adherence to safety, quality and regulatory standards while coordinating maintenance planning and resources across shifts.

You will drive reliability improvements, work with cross-functional teams and contribute to cost-effective plant performance with a focus on uptime and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate to all levels across the plant.
• Knowledge of Reliability Maintenance techniques and data analysis, use of applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and business systems such as SAP
• Degree or qualification in engineering or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work as individual but also part of team. Have meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards.
• Plan maintenance into the production schedule with the right resources and spare parts.
• Collaborate with Site Manager, Operators, Maintenance Leads and Craft groups to ensure planned maintenance is executed.
• Support and energise deployment of the MMS Asset Care Strategy with technical teams and Operations.
• Develop and deliver improvements to drive plant uptime and cost competitiveness.
• Drive improvement initiatives in line with Manufacturing Excellence asset care practice.
