Zusammenfassung

Diageo in Belfast is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep packaging, bottling and labeling lines running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs, and lead improvement projects on site.

You’ll work with SAP CMMS, PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ensure GMP and food safety standards. The role requires at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance and a Mechanical Engineering qualification.

Qualifikationen

• HND or degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Project management experience; health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Installing and maintaining packaging, bottling and labelling equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Working with PLC-controlled equipment and supporting system diagnostics.
• Delivering preventative maintenance activities and supporting reliability improvements.
• Ensuring production equipment is maintained and ready for operation.
• Using SAP CMMS to manage maintenance activities, work orders and parts inventory.
• Participating in daily maintenance planning meetings and continuous improvement projects.
• Supporting GMP, food safety and housekeeping standards across the site.
