Job summary

Diageo in Leven, Scotland, seeks a Planned Maintenance Leader to drive asset care across multiple packaging lines, delivering on safety, quality, environment, asset care, delivery, productivity, cost and morale. Lead asset care planning, prioritisation, and governance of maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.

You will coach craft and operational teams to raise reliability and plant availability, collaborating with OEMs to accelerate problem solving.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leader/manager experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Coaching and development of multi-disciplined teams.
• Structured problem evaluation & solving skills (Lean/Six Sigma/TPM).
• Time-served trade in electrical, mechanical or instrumentation control.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset care planning and prioritisation across packaging lines.
• Coach craft and operations teams to improve reliability of equipment.
• Ensure governance around health & safety, quality and environment.
• Manage safe execution of maintenance by internal teams and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement and faster problem solving with OEMs.
