Job summary

Diageo in Keith, Scotland, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of engineers and production staff. You will plan and supervise preventive maintenance, ensure uptime, and drive improvements while upholding safety, quality and environmental standards.

You will apply strong engineering knowledge, develop site strategies, and collaborate with site managers and craft groups to optimise spare parts, resources and production reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in engineering or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing/production setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards
• Ensuring compliance to maintenance regulatory standards within the area
• Coordinating maintenance with production schedules and ensuring resources and spare parts are available
• Supporting deployment of Asset Care strategies with technical teams and Operations
• Developing and delivering focused improvements to drive plant uptime and cost competitiveness
• Driving improvement initiatives in line with Manufacturing Excellence asset care practice
