Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate the Malt Distilling Recurring Works programme across Operations, Engineering and Procurement at Glendullan Eng. You’ll lead tendering, contract award and mobilisation of services, while ensuring SAP PM / S/4HANA maintenance plans and data are accurate and actionable.

In this role you’ll manage contractor inspection reporting, drive continuous improvement and deliver cost-effective maintenance, with strong stakeholder management and Excel /

Qualifications

• Strong planning, organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Experience using SAP PM / S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous Improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Malt Distilling Recurring Works programme with Ops, Eng, Procurement.
• Lead tendering, contracts, mobilisation for recurring works.
• Maintain SAP PM / S/4HANA maintenance plans and data.
• Publish weekly SAP summaries of remedial actions.
• Manage POs, invoice approvals and KPI reporting.
• Drive process standardisation and SAP data quality improvements.
