As Plant & Fleet Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the larger M25 operations and maintenance programme, ensuring the efficient coordination of plant and fleet resources that keep this critical network running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, service users, and colleagues, handling general enquiries via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and email.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate organisational efficiency and contribute to improvements through active engagement in meetings and information-sharing sessions.
  • Support the Plant and Fleet Manager in the day-to-day running of the fleet and all associated plant and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service users on all plant and fleet matters, including raising orders in the business finance system.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Knowledge of PUWER and LOLER.
  • Understanding of driver risk management.
  • Awareness of driver/operator improvement strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Location:

This is a hybrid role designed to fully maximize team collaboration on the project, we offer flexible working where you will typically be working from your base CPS office, Leatherhead, Dartford or South Mimms up to three days per week and two days from home.
