• Experience leading maintenance/engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of Lean and 5S principles.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering Team to improve performance of plant and equipment.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance to support manufacture.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee maintenance management system and review performance data.
• Analyze manufacturing performance data to focus on KPIs.
• Support training and development of the Engineering Team.
• Ensure availability of tooling and spares to minimise downtime.
• Provide clear information during shift handovers.
• Address key manufacturing issues during shifts with updates.
• Embed Lean principles, 5S, waste reduction.
