Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational plans to support customer volumes, priorities, and service requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver training for new starters, existing colleagues, and frontline managers.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance with mandatory and customer-specific training requirements.
• Review operational performance and resource requirements to ensure labour planning and skills coverage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching, development, and best practice implementation.
• Ensure safety by upholding high safety standards and compliance regulations.

Grade: RCS N grade
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Shifts will be worked between 07:00 and 23:00 - flexibility is essential to meet business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain operational plans to support customer volumes, priorities, and service requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver training for new starters, existing colleagues, and FLMs in line with site operational standards.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance with mandatory, customer-specific, and MHE training requirements.
• Review operational performance and resource requirements to ensure adequate labour planning and skills coverage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching, development, and best practice implementation.
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
