This international law firm is seeking to recruit a Planning Solicitor with a focus on Developments to join their Planning and Environment team in Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds.

The team is ranked as Tier 1 and is known as the largest planning team in the UK.

You will be joining the largest dedicated planning team in the UK, comprising 75 lawyers covering a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors.

The team advises on market-leading projects for various public and private sector clients. Our work includes major urban regeneration schemes, tall buildings, estate regeneration, residential, commercial, and sports developments, Garden Settlements, and over-station developments.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 - 5 PQE
• Experience advising on Town and Country Planning Act matters, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries, and judicial review.
