This reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join its established team on a full-time basis. The role involves handling a diverse range of property law matters, including leasing, commercial developments, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of titles, and discharges.

The position is flexible regarding location, with options for the Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Perth offices, or remote work within England or Wales for suitable candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ PQE in England & Wales or be dual qualified. Experience in renewables is not mandatory but a strong background in commercial property and leasing transactions is required.
