Award-winning, well-respected law firm looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor into their South Manchester office.

About the role

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be joining a close-knit team and have access to support from leading Partners and Head of Departments to work on your own varied caseload of predominantly respondent and a handful of claimant matters including:

- Disciplinaries

- Grievance procedures

- Redundancy

- Restructuring

- Discrimination

- Harassment

- HR advice, seminars and training

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have between 2-5 years PQE within Employment law, is empathetic, has fantastic client care skills and refined attention to detail.
