Employment Solicitor (2 to 5 PQE)

Location: Oxford | Flexible Hybrid Working
Salary: £58,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A leading Legal 500 firm in Oxford is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to handle a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious work for quality commercial and senior individual clients.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload with support from senior lawyers and have direct client exposure across a range of employment law matters including:

  1. Contracts, policies and advisory work
  2. Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
  3. Tribunal advocacy and litigation strategy
  4. Corporate support on TUPE and restructures
  5. Settlement agreements and negotiation
Ideal Candidate
  1. 2 to 5 years PQE in employment law
  2. Experience advising both employers and senior employees
  3. Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach
  4. Confident handling client relationships
  5. Interest in business development and team collaboration
