Job description

Regional firm is looking to expand their busy litigation team. Suitable candidates will be qualified solicitors with approximately 2-5 years of pqe.

You will independently handle a diverse caseload of general commercial litigation, ideally including breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, breaches of company administration requirements and directors’ duties, breach of confidence, intellectual property, information technology, professional negligence, and fraud.
