Job summary

Stannah, Audenshaw depot, is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator in the Operations Department. The role supports the distribution, installation and removal of stairlifts for UK customers. 37 hours, Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and weekend 09:00-17:00, 4 x 7.5 days and 1 x 7 hour day in a 7-day period.

This is a permanent contract with a salary of £25,400 rising to £25,900 after probation. Candidates should have planning or scheduling experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and good IT and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement
