Job summary

Stannah is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator in Audenshaw to join the Operations Department at the Audenshaw depot. The role focuses on planning, scheduling and administering activities for distributing, installing and removing stairlifts for public and private customers across the UK.

You will work in a permanent, full-time capacity with a 37-hour week, supported by a strong team and processes that ensure efficient job delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration.
• Experience with customers, contractors or local authorities desirable.
• Proven planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement
