Job summary

Stannah is inviting applications for a Planning Co-Ordinator based in Andover. You will support distribution, installation and removal of stairlifts across UK, coordinating depots and customer installations.

The role is 37 hours per week, with varying shifts between 08:00-20:00 weekdays and Saturdays 09:00-17:00, permanent contract. Salary starts at £25400 rising to £25900 after probation; benefits include a market-aligned salary, pension, health plan and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration.
• Experience with customers, contractors or local authorities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement
