Job summary

Stannah is seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator to join the Operations Department at the Audenshaw depot. The role supports the distribution, installation and removal of stairlifts for UK customers, providing efficient planning and administration.

You will work 37 hours per week, with a rotating 7-day pattern, and progression from £24,750 to £25,900 after probation. The ideal candidate has planning or scheduling experience, strong IT and customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots.
• Contact customers to arrange installations and removals with a professional service.
• Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support delivery.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement.
